Whipped Cottage Cheese with Fruit

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

  • Fat Free Cottage Cheese
  • Sweetener
  • Sliced Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Low­Fat Granola Cereal

HOW TO MAKE:

  1. Place cottage cheese, vanilla and one package of sweetener in a food processor or blender.
  2. Whip until mixture is fluffy.
  3. Spoon mixture into a dish, add fruit and granola, and then sprinkle the remaining package of sweetener over the fruit.
  4. Refrigerate
