INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
- Potato (Your choice)
- Fat Free Cheese
- Fat Free Cottage Cheese
- Butter Buds
- Chives
- Parsley
- Bacon Bits *Optional
HOW TO MAKE:
- Bake potato in an oven on 450F/232C until done or nuke potato in the microwave.
- Slice potato in half and remove insides.
- Put potato skins on a cooking sheet.
- Place potato insides in a bowl and mix with chives, cottage cheese, Butter Buds and fat free cheese.
- Replace mixture in potato skins.
- Top with parsley and put under the broiler for 5 minutes.
