INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
- Water Packed Tuna
- Plain Yogurt or Fat Free Mayonnaise
- Mustard
- Hard-Boiled Egg Whites
- Relish
- Raisins or Jalapenos *Optional
- Salt, Pepper, Garlic, etc…
- Diced Celery, Water Chestnuts, etc…
- Lettuce Leaf
- Tomato
- Whole Wheat Bread or Toast
HOW TO MAKE:
- Drain tuna.
- Mix tuna, yogurt or mayo, mustard, egg whites, relish, and desired ingredients to taste.
- Serve on 2 slices of whole wheat bread or toast.
- Top with lettuce and tomato.
