Spicy Salsa Tuna Steaks

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

  • Tuna Steaks (About 4 Steaks)
  • Diced Cucumber
  • Diced Red Onion
  • Frozen Corn
  • Lime Juice
  • Diced Tomato
  • Diced Bell Pepper
  • Red Pepper
  • Dash Tabasco Sauce

HOW TO MAKE:

  1. In a sauce pan, mix together cucumber, red onion, corn, lime juice, tomato, bell pepper and spices.
  2. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Reduce heat, and let simmer for 5-­10 minutes.
  4. Grill steaks over fire.
  5. Cook on first side approximately 5 minutes, turn steaks over and grill until done. Do not turn the steaks over too often.
  6. Place tuna steaks on a plate, and cover with the vegetable mixture.
