INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
- Tuna Steaks (About 4 Steaks)
- Diced Cucumber
- Diced Red Onion
- Frozen Corn
- Lime Juice
- Diced Tomato
- Diced Bell Pepper
- Red Pepper
- Dash Tabasco Sauce
HOW TO MAKE:
- In a sauce pan, mix together cucumber, red onion, corn, lime juice, tomato, bell pepper and spices.
- Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce heat, and let simmer for 5-10 minutes.
- Grill steaks over fire.
- Cook on first side approximately 5 minutes, turn steaks over and grill until done. Do not turn the steaks over too often.
- Place tuna steaks on a plate, and cover with the vegetable mixture.
