- Green Pepper
- Minced Garlic
- Stewed Tomatoes
- Red Pepper
- Black Pepper
- Cooked Brown Rice
HOW TO MAKE:
- In a pan, cook onion, pepper and garlic with cooking spray until tender.
- Stir in stewed tomatoes, water, bay leaves, thyme, basil, red pepper, pepper, shrimp and cooked rice.
- Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low.
- Cover and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
- Stir frequently.
