Shrimp Jambalaya

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

  • Shrimp
  • Onion
  • Green Pepper
  • Minced Garlic
  • Stewed Tomatoes
  • Water
  • Leaves
  • Thyme
  • Basil
  • Red Pepper
  • Black Pepper
  • Cooked Brown Rice

HOW TO MAKE:

  1. In a pan, cook onion, pepper and garlic with cooking spray until tender.
  2. Stir in stewed tomatoes, water, bay leaves, thyme, basil, red pepper, pepper, shrimp and cooked rice.
  3. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low.
  4. Cover and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
  5. Stir frequently.
