INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
- Egg Whites
- Rolled Oats
- Low/No Sugar Red Raspberry Preserves
- Vanilla Extract
- Cocoa Powder
- Sweetener
- No Sugar Chocolate Nesquick
- Baking Powder
- Baking Powder
- Butter Buds
- Kashi Go Lean Cereal (Your choice flavor)
- Dried Cranberries
HOW TO MAKE:
- Preheat the oven to 350F/176C.
- In a blender mix the egg whites, oatmeal, jam, vanilla, cocoa powder, butter buds, baking soda, baking powder, sweetener and Nesquick mix.
- Once the batter is ready, fold the Kashi cereal in the batter.
- Spray muffin or cake pan with cooking spray and pour mixture in.
- Top each muffin or cake with dried cranberries.
- Bake for 30 minutes
