- Fresh Diced Pineapple
- Diced Red Onion
- Diced Cilantro
- Lemon Juice
HOW TO MAKE:
- Place pineapple, onion and cilantro in mixing bowl.
- Stir together and add in lemon juice. Mix well.
- Place in refrigerator, and chill at least 30 minutes before serving over grilled fish, chicken or turkey breast.
