INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
- Extra Lean Ground Turkey
- Caribbean Jerk Seasoning (or Chinese 5 Spice Powder)
- Sugar Free Apricot Preserves
- Salt & Pepper
- Lite Soy Sauce
- Shredded Carrots
- Sesame Seeds
- Rice Cakes
- Lettuce Leafs
HOW TO MAKE:
- Spray a skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
- Brown ground turkey with the jerk seasoning.
- Add apricot jelly, salt, pepper and continue to cook for several minutes.
- Wash lettuce and pat dry.
- Take several tablespoons of the cooked turkey and put on your lettuce leaf, add shredded carrots, a sprinkle of sesame seeds, and crushed up rice cake.
- Dip wrap in lite soy sauce.
