Hash Browns & Egg Whites

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

  • Fat Free Hash Browns (Frozen or Thawed)
  • Egg Whites
  • Diced Yellow & Red Pepper (and any other vegetables you want)
  • Dash Salt
  • Dash Pepper

HOW TO MAKE:

  1. Spray a skillet with cooking spray.
  2. On medium heat, cook vegetables and potatoes.
  3. Once the potatoes are browned remove from the skillet and place to the side.
  4. Spray the skillet once again.
  5. Cook the egg whites and add mixture of potatoes and vegetables.
  6. Sprinkle with salt & pepper.
  7. Stir consistently with a spatula to avoid sticking to the pan
