Fruit Relish

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

  • Fresh or Crushed Pineapple
  • Apple
  • Mango
  • Red Onion (or Your choice onion)
  • Raspberry Vinegar
  • Lime Juice
  • Red Bell Pepper (or Other pepper)

HOW TO MAKE:

  1. Dice up all of your fruits and vegetables however big you want them.
  2. Combine and mix everything tighter in a large bowl.3. Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving over fish or chicken.
