Fried Rice


  • Light Soy Sauce or Bragg Amino Acids
  • Chili Oil
  • Sesame Oil
  • Frozen Peas
  • Frozen Corn
  • Diced White Onion (Personal Preference)
  • Diced Green Onion (Personal Preference)
  • Diced Carrots (Personal Preference)
  • Black Pepper
  • Minced Garlic
  • Egg Whites
  • Cooked Jasmine Rice


  1. In a sauce pan over medium heat, mix together the light soy sauce, chili oil, and sesame oil.
  2. Toss in the frozen peas, corn, onion, and carrots.
  3. Stir the ingredients together.
  4. While you are stirring together the ingredients, add in the pepper and garlic.
  5. Add egg whites.
  6. Stir frequently.
  7. Add cooked rice and reduce heat.
  8. Cover and let the mixture simmer for 5-10 minutes.
