INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
- Light Soy Sauce or Bragg Amino Acids
 - Chili Oil
 - Sesame Oil
 - Frozen Peas
 - Frozen Corn
 - Diced White Onion (Personal Preference)
 - Diced Green Onion (Personal Preference)
 - Diced Carrots (Personal Preference)
 - Black Pepper
 - Minced Garlic
 - Egg Whites
 - Cooked Jasmine Rice
 
HOW TO MAKE:
- In a sauce pan over medium heat, mix together the light soy sauce, chili oil, and sesame oil.
 - Toss in the frozen peas, corn, onion, and carrots.
 - Stir the ingredients together.
 - While you are stirring together the ingredients, add in the pepper and garlic.
 - Add egg whites.
 - Stir frequently.
 - Add cooked rice and reduce heat.
 - Cover and let the mixture simmer for 5-10 minutes.
