INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
- Egg Whites
 - Flour
 - Potato(s)
 - Onion(s) (Yellow preferred)
 - Salt
 - Black Pepper
 
HOW TO MAKE:
- Preheat oven to 350F/176C.
 - Cut your onion and potato slices however big you want them to be.
 - Dip the onion and potato slices into egg whites.
 - Flip them around in the flour.
 - Place them back in the egg whites until fully coated (don’t let there be any dry flour).
 - Place on a foil covered cooking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
 - Top with salt and pepper.
 - Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
