- Chicken Breast
- Fat Free Italian Dressing
- Wheat Crumbs
- Salt & Pepper
HOW TO MAKE:
- Preheat oven to 400F/204C degrees.
- Slice chicken breast into strips and marinade chicken breast in salad dressing for 13 hours. (Keep refrigerated).
- Remove chicken from marinade and roll in shredded wheat crumbs.
- Place the chicken strips on a nonstick cookie sheet.
- Bake chicken for approximately 35 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper as desired.
