Chicken Stew

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

  • Uncooked Brown Rice
  • Baby Carrots
  • Knorr’s Vegetable Soup Mix
  • MSG Free Chicken Broth
  • Minced Garlic
  • Black Pepper
  • Salt

HOW TO MAKE:

  1. In a 5 quart crock pot place the chicken breasts, rice, carrots, soup mix, garlic, salt and pepper.
  2. Pour chicken broth into the crock pot until you reach within 1 inch from the top (everything should be covered).
  3. Mix everything up.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or high 4-5 hours.
