INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
- Uncooked Brown Rice
- Baby Carrots
- Knorr’s Vegetable Soup Mix
- MSG Free Chicken Broth
- Minced Garlic
- Black Pepper
- Salt
HOW TO MAKE:
- In a 5 quart crock pot place the chicken breasts, rice, carrots, soup mix, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Pour chicken broth into the crock pot until you reach within 1 inch from the top (everything should be covered).
- Mix everything up.
- Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or high 4-5 hours.
