Cajun Chicken


  • Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
  • Cooked Crawfish Tails
  • Sliced Red Bell Pepper
  • Sliced Yellow Bell Pepper
  • Tony Chachere’s Seasoning To Taste
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oregano
  • Celery Salt
  • Potatoes


  1. Spray each breast with olive oil cooking spray.
  2. Season each chicken breast with equal amounts of salt, pepper, oregano, celery salt and seasoning.
  3. Coat grill with nonstick cooking spray.
  4. Place chicken breast on grill along with the sliced peppers and allow the first side to cook (5-6 minutes).
  5. Turn only once and continue to cook until chicken is no longer pink (12-13 minutes).
  6. In a large saucepan add equal amounts of chicken broth and water.
  7. Bring to a boil and add the potatoes.
  8. Continue to boil until potatoes are soft or until a fork can slide into each one easily.
  9. Drain liquid and season potatoes with additional seasoning.
