Blueberry Egg White Pancake

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

  • Egg Whites
  • Rolled Oats
  • Low Fat Buttermilk
  • Unsweetened Blueberries
  • Low Sugar Blueberry Preserves

HOW TO MAKE:

  1. Mix everything together in a blender.
  2. Spray a pan with cooking spray and place on medium heat.
  3. Pour mixture in pan and cook approximately 2­-3 minutes a side.
