Spicy Shrimp

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

  • Shrimp
  • Red Onion
  • Ground or Grated Ginger
  • Bay Leaf
  • Water
  • Ground Coriander
  • Frozen Cut Green Beans
  • Vinegar

HOW TO MAKE:

  1. Place pan over medium heat and spray with cooking spray.
  2. Add onion, garlic, ginger, pepper, and bay leaf.
  3. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add water and coriander.
  5. Cook for 3 minutes.
  6. Add shrimp, beans and vinegar.
  7. Continue to cook and stir the mixture until shrimp is tender.
