INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
- Uncooked Brown Rice
- Defatted Chicken Broth
- Pineapple Chunks
- Soy Sauce
- Green Onion
HOW TO MAKE:
- Place rice and chicken broth in sauce pan and place over high heat.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low.
- Cover and let simmer until rice absorbs broth and is tender.
- Stir in pineapple chunks, soy sauce and green onions.
