INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
- Uncooked Rice
- Water
- Sliced Fresh Mushrooms
- Sliced Green Onion
- Butter Substitute
- Dash Garlic Powder
- Black Pepper
- Diced Fresh Cilantro
HOW TO MAKE:
- Place rice and water in medium size sauce pan.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and let simmer for 15-20 minutes or until rice absorbs water.
- Spray a non stick sauce pan with cooking spray and preheat over medium heat.
- Add mushrooms, onions and spices.
- Cook until tender.
- Stir vegetable mixture and cilantro into cooked rice.
