INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
- Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
 - Cooked Crawfish Tails
 - Sliced Red Bell Pepper
 - Sliced Yellow Bell Pepper
 - Tony Chachere’s Seasoning To Taste
 - Salt
 - Pepper
 - Oregano
 - Celery Salt
 - Potatoes
 
HOW TO MAKE:
- Spray each breast with olive oil cooking spray.
 - Season each chicken breast with equal amounts of salt, pepper, oregano, celery salt and seasoning.
 - Coat grill with nonstick cooking spray.
 - Place chicken breast on grill along with the sliced peppers and allow the first side to cook (5-6 minutes).
 - Turn only once and continue to cook until chicken is no longer pink (12-13 minutes).
 - In a large saucepan add equal amounts of chicken broth and water.
 - Bring to a boil and add the potatoes.
 - Continue to boil until potatoes are soft or until a fork can slide into each one easily.
 - Drain liquid and season potatoes with additional seasoning.
