As a coach, I know how busy life can get. Once you have booked your success call with me on my calendar, I will email you 24 hours, 8 hours, and 1 hour before your call to remind you. We will also text you a reminder if you choose text reminders when you booked your call. I strongly recommend you add your cell number in the calendar process as it's so much easier to get a text than read an email.

Each of the communications include a reschedule or cancel button . We understand things come up, if they do just click the cancel or reschedule button.

As soon as you have booked your call you will be taken to a short set of questions that I would appreciate your answering before our call they're all about your health and goals. Answering these will really help me help you on our call.
