Twice Baked Potato

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

  • Potato (Your choice)
  • Fat Free Cheese
  • Fat Free Cottage Cheese
  • Butter Buds
  • Chives
  • Parsley
  • Bacon Bits *Optional

HOW TO MAKE:

  1. Bake potato in an oven on 450F/232C until done or nuke potato in the microwave.
  2. Slice potato in half and remove insides.
  3. Put potato skins on a cooking sheet.
  4. Place potato insides in a bowl and mix with chives, cottage cheese, Butter Buds and fat free cheese.
  5. Replace mixture in potato skins.
  6. Top with parsley and put under the broiler for 5 minutes.
