Pineapple Pico De Gallo

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

  • Fresh Diced Pineapple
  • Diced Red Onion
  • Diced Cilantro
  • Lemon Juice

HOW TO MAKE:

  1. Place pineapple, onion and cilantro in mixing bowl.
  2. Stir together and add in lemon juice. Mix well.
  3. Place in refrigerator, and chill at least 30 minutes before serving over grilled fish, chicken or turkey breast.
