Oven Fried Potatoes & Onion Rings

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

  • Egg Whites
  • Flour
  • Potato(s)
  • Onion(s) (Yellow preferred)
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper

HOW TO MAKE:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F/176C.
  2. Cut your onion and potato slices however big you want them to be.
  3. Dip the onion and potato slices into egg whites.
  4. Flip them around in the flour.
  5. Place them back in the egg whites until fully coated (don’t let there be any dry flour).
  6. Place on a foil covered cooking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  7. Top with salt and pepper.
  8. Bake for 30­-35 minutes until golden brown.
