Chicken or Turkey Salad

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

  • Cooked Chicken or Turkey
  • Fat Free Mayonnaise
  • Mustard
  • Dill Relish
  • Chopped Scallions
  • Dill Weed Seasoning
  • Garlic Powder/Seasoning
  • Black Pepper
  • Lettuce Leaf
  • Tomato
  • Whole Wheat Bread or Toast

HOW TO MAKE:

  1. Place cooked chicken or turkey breast in a food processor and shred the meat.
  2. Place shredded meat in a mixing bowl and stir in all ingredients and seasonings until evenly mixed.
  3. Serve on 2 slices of whole wheat bread or toast.
  4. Top with lettuce and tomato.
